This sales and purchase agreement for goods in the online store JANITAPLUNGE.COM (hereinafter – the Agreement) is concluded under the following terms between the Seller, which is KIKA LT, UAB, with its registered office at Maironio g. 11, 44298 Kaunas, company code 133095117, VAT code LT330951113, and the Buyer, who may be:
(i) any legally capable adult natural person, or
(ii) a minor between 14 and 18 years of age with parental or guardian consent, except in cases where the minor is emancipated, or
(iii) a legal entity.
The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order on the JANITAPLUNGE.COM website. The version of the Agreement valid at the time of placing the order applies to the order.
1.1. Under this Agreement, the Seller undertakes to sell goods to the Buyer for the Buyer’s personal, family, or household needs, not related to business, trade, craft, or profession, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods and pay the price indicated in the product description and the VAT invoice, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
1.2. By placing an order and concluding this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree with the information provided by the Seller in the online store regarding:
the offered product
the Seller
the price of the goods and delivery
the validity period of the offer and price
the Buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract under Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania
payment and delivery procedures
product warranties
and the provisions of this Agreement.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right, without prior notice or consent from the Buyer, to change, correct, or supplement this Agreement and the information provided in the Seller’s online store about the goods, Seller, pricing, delivery, validity of offers, payment procedures, delivery conditions, and warranties. Accordingly, the Buyer must review the provided information each time they shop in the JANITAPLUNGE.COM online store.
2.1. After placing an order in the JANITAPLUNGE.COM online store, the Buyer completes payment according to the procedures and deadlines set in this Agreement. The Buyer then receives confirmation by email that the order has been accepted and payment received.
2.2. Product prices are indicated next to the product descriptions in the JANITAPLUNGE.COM online store and in the generated order. Prices are stated in euros including VAT.
2.3. The Buyer may pay for goods purchased in the online store in the following ways:
2.3.1. Through the Buyer’s electronic banking system at the time of purchase. Each payment collection institution may apply a service fee. Responsibility for data security lies with the payment institution, as all transactions occur within its electronic banking system.
2.3.2. By payment card.
2.3.3. According to a prepayment invoice, at a bank branch chosen by the Buyer. Service fees may apply depending on the payment institution.
2.4. After receiving the order and payment, the Seller prepares the ordered goods for shipment no later than the next business day.
2.5. If the Buyer fails to pay within the deadline specified in the prepayment invoice, the Seller cancels the order and does not deliver the goods.
2.6. Payments can be made via the electronic banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas. Payments are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

3.2. Delivery
3.2.1. Goods purchased in the JANITAPLUNGE.COM online store are delivered either:
by courier to the Buyer’s specified address in Lithuania, or
to an Omniva or Smartpost parcel locker selected by the Buyer.
3.2.2. Goods are delivered within 1–3 business days, if the goods are in the Seller’s warehouse. Delivery occurs only after payment has been received.
3.2.3. If the ordered goods are not in stock and cannot be obtained, the Seller informs the Buyer immediately and refunds the paid amount within 30 calendar days.
3.2.4. If goods are not in stock but can be obtained, the Seller informs the Buyer and provides an estimated delivery time, which cannot exceed 30 days from the contract date.
3.2.5. If goods must be ordered directly from the supplier for the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer and provides a delivery timeframe, which cannot exceed 16 weeks from the contract date.
3.2.6. Before delivery, the courier contacts the Buyer using the contact information provided to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3.2.7. If delivery fails due to the Buyer’s fault (incorrect address, Buyer unavailable, etc.), goods are not resent unless the Buyer pays additional delivery costs. In such cases, the refund will be made minus delivery costs.
3.3.2. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must inspect them and confirm in the acceptance document that the goods were delivered properly if no claims exist.
3.3.3. If the Buyer has complaints regarding quality, quantity, or completeness, they must submit a claim within 14 days by email to info@janitaplunge.com. If no complaint is submitted within this period, the goods are considered properly delivered and compliant with the Agreement.
4.1 Contractual warranty
If a product warranty is provided by the Seller, manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or importer, it will be indicated in the product description.
If a warranty period is established, claims regarding defects may be submitted during the warranty period.
4.2 Product usability warranty
If a product has a defined expiration or usability period, claims regarding defects may be submitted within that period.
4.3 Statutory warranty
If no warranty period is specified, claims regarding product defects may be submitted within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 years from delivery.
4.4 Warranty for replaced goods
If a product or component is replaced during the warranty period, the warranty period does not restart but continues under the original product warranty.
5.1. The Buyer may withdraw from this remote contract within 14 days without providing a reason, by notifying the Seller.
5.2. To withdraw, the Buyer must submit either:
a completed withdrawal form, or
a clear written statement expressing the decision to withdraw.
The notice must be sent using the contact details provided on the “Contacts” page of the JANITAPLUNGE.COM website.
5.3. If the withdrawal is submitted electronically, the Seller will confirm receipt by email.
5.4. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying the Seller. The Buyer bears the direct return costs.
5.5. Withdrawal is not possible in cases specified in Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code of Lithuania, including:
goods made according to the Buyer’s specifications
goods that perish quickly
sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
other cases defined by applicable law.
Goods purchased in the JANITAPLUNGE.COM online store may be returned according to the following rules.
Quality goods may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned goods must be:
in undamaged packaging (except for inspection purposes)
clean, with original labels and protective film
complete with all included components
unused and not damaged.
If these conditions are not met, the Seller may refuse the return.
Defective goods may be returned according to the Civil Code and these rules.
If the defect is confirmed and not caused by the Buyer, the Seller will refund the paid amount.

7.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed according to the JANITAPLUNGE.COM privacy policy.
8.1. The parties agree to cooperate in fulfilling obligations under this Agreement.
8.2. The parties must act carefully, honestly, and responsibly.
8.3. A party is released from liability if obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure circumstances.
8.4. The party affected by force majeure must inform the other party immediately.
8.5. All notices related to this Agreement must be in writing.
The Seller contacts the Buyer using the email or phone number provided during registration, while the Buyer contacts the Seller using the information provided on the Contacts page.
Email notices are considered received the same day if sent during working hours. Registered letters are considered received five business days after sending.
8.6. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania.
8.7. The Buyer covers the Seller’s costs related to debt recovery.
8.8. If the Buyer has complaints, they may submit them within 14 days of receiving the goods by email to info@janitaplunge.com.
The Seller must respond within 30 days.
