Product delivery terms and prices:
- SMARTPOST Parcel Locker. Orders delivered to SMARTPOST parcel lockers are FREE OF CHARGE. Items are delivered within 1–3 business days. When the parcel reaches the locker, the recipient is notified by SMS and email, including the locker door opening code.
- OMNIVA Parcel Locker. Orders are delivered to parcel lockers FREE OF CHARGE. The order is delivered within 1–3 business days. When the parcel arrives at the locker, the recipient is notified by SMS and email with the door opening code.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that your order may be delivered in several separate shipments. More information will be sent to you by email.
IMPORTANT! Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an increased number of parcels during promotions, carrier logistics errors, or other reasons, the delivery of your parcel may be delayed. Customers will be informed about any delivery delays by email.
